I think having nothing to hide, on bare GM steel, and seeing zero dents is worth quite a bit...and lemme tell ya, that "great patina" nonsense doubles the value out here in CA compared to the same truck in primer or a crappy 30 year old paint job. It looks awesome, I wish I had a crack at that beauty with my powerwasher!!
Patina = time. Anyone can have something painted, but adding character takes time, and time is expensive.
