Well I figured out a fix, Instead of having the belt go around the alternator, water pump and crankshaft I just got a shorter one and went around the Alternator and water pump only, and guess what no more noise. It seems to work fine, I didn't see a problem in doing this so I did it. Hopefully it works out fine.

This should stop the squeak. It should also reduce wear on both the alternator and the water pump.
