I won't swear to it because I had to remove paint from everything, my idea of clean 30 years ago. But from what I remember the tube retainers were at best black overspray. Krylon under the bed, Rustoleum under front and spray gun under the hood in freezing temperaturesto be exact.

Some of my tube clips are blank, which I recall are a smaller version of one that is stamped, so I had a clue where & what.

What's that bracket for?
