Good eye, I didn't see that one. I would say you are correct. It must be for something like an ice cream truck, or maybe a school bus?

I did notice that all those small blocks had a strange 2 pc bellhousing and a different looking flexplate/flywheel. Maybe they were for the medium duty trucks?
