Sure thing! My US Radiator part number was 080071ANDZ. If I remember correctly, there wasn't a separate part number for the fan and shroud - just an option that you can add onto the purchase when you call in your order. There are lots of ways you can spec your radiator there, but they are all built to fit and look stock:
