Why not get the correct bit for the lug nuts you can find and bore the holes?

I had a set of Turbines I got cheap when they went out of style. One wheel was designed to use the newer typical bevel back lug nuts and the rest used shank style. Having the tires rotated usually ended in some kind of lug nut issue due to ignorance of tire jockeys, but I was giving them an extra challenge. Finally I got fed up and bored the one wheel to accept the same mag style lug nuts. Life was good after that
