I think the TKX will catch up with the T56 but it will take a while and Covid isn't helping.
When I installed my T-5 I used the original truck bellhousing and hung the T-5 off the back like the old 3-speed and didn't run an additional crossmember. It hasn't been an issue with my mild stock 350 but with the new motor I'll run a conventional bellhousing and rear mount.
