I've never done this before, so this is all a big learning experience for me. I've been fabricating for years, but never with anything less than .125" so sheetmetal is a new game for me. I do realize that I'm probably doing more than I need to for what I hope to end up with, but if I didn't go this far I feel that I would be cheating myself out of a chance to learn something new. I'm excited to get to the point of being able to spread filler, but want to make sure I have everything ready and do it right the first time. More fun to come!
