I haven't read the law but I don't think it goes into effect for awhile -- and I think it would only apply to sales of new units, not a ban on existing ones.
If I'm mistaken about that, I'd like to know how they intend to enforce it. Could be a problem for the state-- I bet a
lot of people feel same as you.
