Are you talking about noise suppression for the radio?

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

Re: AM FM filters, anyone know where to get them?

I recently bought a truck with noise on the stock am radio when I drive. The noise is not there when the engine is off. I believe the PO updated the ignition.

I figured I should check if it's the alternator or ground loop from the antenna. Going to try to do that this weekend.

I seem to think most of the electric noise comes from the distributor. I've got the stock AM in mine and it picks up a lot of noise when the truck is running. The transmission is so loud that I can hardly hear the radio until I'm in 4th gear!

Here's a link for some information from motorola (vintage 1978) so that's seems relevant:

Oops-I wouldn't have known what you were talking about without the picture. Good that you found them. I wonder what the GM name for them is?
