Took the Truck Out for a First Drive of the Season Today

After doing a 1/3 drop springs, and a literally entirely new front suspension and steering, and the 17x8 visions / 255/60/r17, I got out and took it for a drive today. Man, that's a lot better than it's ever been.

I have the same size tires and rims as you on my 72 C10 and a 2 1/2 inch dropped spindle and a 4 dropped spring are sitting in boxes waiting to be installed this summer. Your truck looks great and I love the stance which gives me an idea what mine should look like when lowered.

Thanks, I am going for that makes you say "okay, another stock C10", but with that "man that thing looks good, but i'm not sure why" feel to it. Subtlety is what I'm going for.

Yours will have just a shade of a rake to it and would probably go better on your longbed I'd say.

I researched for a long time, and I think this wheel/tire size combo looks just right for these trucks and rides the line between stock size and low profile in appearance.
