I have for sale the hard to find, upper steering column Rubber Ring #39 and Plastic Thrust Washer #40 shown in the diagram below. These are NOS GM parts. The rubber ring is soft and pliable, as it should be.

$25 shipped for the set.

PayPal or Money Order works for me.

Sorry, I don't have that info either. All I know is that they match the non-tilt originals I have.

Unfortunately I only had the two sets and I sold both of them. Maybe another member has some for you.

Heres the link to Lutty's for the rubber washer and the plastic thrust washer. Those come in a kit which also has the metal seat washer and the plastic bushing for the lower end of the column. The whole kit is only $23.00 The kit is called Steering Column Washer & Bushing Kit #22025
