What's the deal with Tim and Paul?

Any word on these guys yet? Kind of weird, they seemed to have lots in common, and with me too. Missing those characters, and Grumpy too, for instance. it's heck getting old. ....

Speak of, I sort of fell off a ladder just yesterday, landed in 8" river rock, hands and wrists already much better. Bruising, on my *&^(% arthritis too, but I hit the gym today, so good. Landed on my LH cheek as well, it's sore, and oh snap, that's my hip replacement side just 7 months ago, from another fall. That one was HARD, like taking a strike from a hand-sledge hammer. *((%(%, humbling, again.......I think this time my shoe laces too long, got hung up coming down, 3rd or 4th step from the bottom. Dang, the hip is excellent, lucky, this time

Anyway, back on topic, what's the deal Tim and Paul?

Good to read that Tim is alive and well. Would like to know why he is AWOL from the board but perhaps he has his reasons known only to him. At least we know he is OK.

Paul.....there's another one who is AWOL and would like to know if all is well with him. Does ANYONE have a personal contact bit of info for him that can check the status.

Miss reading their posts from both, they add a LOT to this forum with wisdom, guidance, knowledge and just plain good natured digs now and then.

I know Paul was sick, I believe I read on here a while back he may have been dealing with cancer of some sort. I pray he is ok.

Re: What's the deal with Tim and Paul?

My youngest brother had larynx cancer, and it knocked the stuffing out of him. Surgery, chemo and radiation. I suspect that Paul, going through that, is in sorry shape as well. My brother "recovered" but couldn't work any more, and lived in our dining area for a year and a half until he could get subsidized housing. I can imagine that Paul is suffering in much the same way, with the aftermath. I truly hope he made it, and is just currently too focused on recovery to visit here.
