On my 71 I have the stock disks up front.

I want to put a drop kit with drop spindles and my question is. Do I have to upgrade my rotors?

Regardless if I have to or not (I might just not do it right away is why I asked). Who makes a good upgrade at a reasonable price?

Not sure what you mean by "upgrade".
Just make sure to get a 1-1/4" wide HD rotor.
And buy 71-72 drop spinldes to make it an easy bolt-on mod.
