Snow In Houston?????

Don't believe a weatherman ! They are predicting snow in and near Houston , Tx . for Christmas ! Won't be much and won't last long if it happens . I have seen snow down here only about 3 times in my life . Trouble is we in S. Texas don't know how to drive in ice and snow ! ! LOL

I was down in Houston back in 89 and I seem to remember it snowing a little. Of course it did not stick. We got a little snow yesterday when that storm came through but not enough to accumulate on the ground. Good luck if you do get it because I know there are so crazy drivers down there.

`A MEN BROTHER on the crazy drivers down here.
We don't need any snow or ice on our roads. Most these people can not even drive on clean dry pavement, much less throwing in snow or ice.

If it does, I won't be on the road! I can drive in it but, I know the folks around me can't! Half of them barely make it in dry weather.........

It happens so seldom , that I hesitate to show pics , but here they are - almost invisible snow pellets , not flakes . Nothing like the great snow pics others are showing lately . Started about 10 Am today , won't last and won't stick .

Same over here. Just had a bit more a while ago. Looking at the radar on Intellicast, it looks like we might see a little more but, I'm sure it won't stick. At least the two little ones got to see it falling from the sky : )>

Yes it is - the snow followed the coast all the way down , due to the Gulf moisture coming inland . By the way , the snow is almost all melted away now.

That's incredible! (because I know the water in the Gulf never drops below 60 F)
