I just noticed on my Auto insurance, they have my truck as a 1972, The bill of sale (original hand written) and the owners manual has it listed as a 1971. What gives? The insurance company said they go by the serial number. has this happend to anyone else?

where is your rearview mirror?

My Rear view mirror is mounted on my windshield.
I can't explain what my panels look like, what should I be looking for?

As far as I know all 72 had inside rearview mirror mounted glued to windshield.

Do your door panels look like this (with or without woodgrain inserts)? If they do then it's a 72 - these panels won't work on earlier models.

Thanks, I do believe that I have a 1972, the panels do look like the photo.

You need to check your VIN and title...if they don't match, you could be in a world of hurt.
