Post Late model Silverado buckets in our trucks???

Has anyone put late model Silverado leather bucket (or cloth) with the console in our trucks? I found a set in a wrecked truck that I would like to put in my 71, but don't know what that would take. And of course, they aren't cheap!

Thanks fast. I know they won't be a bolt in, but since my cab is off my truck I could change the mounting. I was just curious about the width, heigth, and overall look.

For starters, measure the width. If that works, then I'm sure it can be easily modified to fit in. Let us know how it worked. THanks

My delimna is I need to put the dash pad back in the cab first. Well, in order to do that I kinda need to get a handle on the interior color and such. I have a new HD and love the seats in the truck. I guess my wife would just sh!@ if I took my seats out and tried them in the 71!

Cool

Check out my sig. and you can see my int. from a 89 Chevy truck. 60-40 seat and seat belts with shoulder harness, and third middle set belt. No reason not to get all of it if you can.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

Thanks Andy, what type of mods to your cab or seats did you have to make? Were the seats power and how high up past the back window do they sit? Great looking truck you have! I want to go with the buckets and center console for stereo options so I know I will have to change out the bracket holes in the floor.
