Looks like you are off hwy 73 right above Mcguire Nuclear station. Are you at the Duke rec site? Looks like the davidson neck of the lake.
I grew up in Denver & Charlotte area.

Spring is just around the corner. Some day when my truck grows up it hopefully will look purdy like yours. You have a sweet truck!

Re: Cruisin' by the lake

I spent a bunch of time up in that area back when there was nothing there but a two lane road. Where you turn off of 73 to Cornelius. Now it's a mega center intersection. I have friends all in that area. There is a seafood place in Huntersville that we go to all the time when working at Mcguire.

I gotta tell you that those pics don't do Geoff's truck justice. It is very nice.I think the light also makes it look a bit darker than the color really is.He was just finishing it and hadn't even started it when i saw it and it was already one of the nicer trucks I've seen.

It's 08:38 am in East Wenatchee Wa cloudy sky and 33 degrees F. Makes me want to take a job somewhere in the South.

Re: Cruisin' by the lake

Captain's Galley it's right off 77 at the next exit down form the Hwy 73 exit going towards Charlotte. It's the exit that you come out at 77 if your on Gilland road out from Mcguire. We need to get together next time I'm up and try it out.
