does anyone know what type of fuse should be in the front harness? does anyone know what I'm talking about? it's the little short fuse that is inline. thanks

Book (72 service manual) calls for 4 amp for both fuses near the junction box, but I have to put a 30 amp fuze in the one between the battery and the junction block, or it keeps blowing. Try 4 amp first. Hope this helps!

What is the junction block? the fuse panel? I'm really confused, I have four short fuses under the hood, two on each side right where the core support meets the fender. thanks I'll go try 4amps

Red, I was referring to the two fuses closest to the battery. The junction block is the bolt that sticks out of the fenderwell on the battery side. You should have lines running to it and then out from it to the battery. The fuses on the drivers side I don't know the amps.

I think we are taking about the same thing. But I don't have any fuses between the junction block and the battery. I'll have to get pics if the new fuses don't work. thanks 72k10 for the quick responses.
