Washerless Bed to Frame Bolt Kit? Do They Exist? Please help!

Hello all, im going to be doing a mahogany bed on my 70 chev stepside, im going to be doing all the carpentry work obviously since you cant buy a mahogany bed. I want to find a wood bed bolt kit that does not use the offset washers to secure the bed to the frame. I dont want to recess for any washers in the bed. Anyone know any websites where i can purchase a bolt kit like this?
thanks in advance!

you need the offset washers to be able to tighten the bolts or else it would just keep spinning in circles. some people just reinforce the cross strips and mount the bolts under the boards (example( http://www.mar-k.com/Catalog/catalog.aspx) I just made my own boards from scratch for my bed and think the offset holes were alot easier than i originally thought but make sure you drill the offset hole before the bolt hole, it is very difficult using a forstner bit with a hole already in the center (ask me how i know...haha)

WOODBEDANDPARTS.COM has bed kits for domestic and EXOTIC hardwoods.
Ordered a Cypress one yesterday.

I welded studs into the cross sills.
No need for bolts when you have studs welded in
