Re: brown trucks??

Can you show us a 2008 with that color?I can`t say I`m familiar with it.When I think of brown,I think of 69/70s that had that color. In the late`70s Root Beer Brown Metallic was going on everything.

That's a good looking color. I too, considered brown for my truck, but the brown I bought didn't match the color card at all and I gave that up quickly.

Dangit! You've got to post pics when you do it! I BEGGED my hubby to get the Medium Brown Metallic when he bought his '08 Duramax. That color is GORGEOUS!!! HoupPhotography, you'd have to see one in person. It stands out next to the same ol' red, black, white, champagne rides out there. Beautiful color and excellent choice!!

Re: brown trucks??

I like the browns.I think they are a great choice.

Which truck is yours?
The red one.

Cool color nice truck.

Browns don't get much useage but if done in a Brown and cream two tone or with gold accents they can really pop.I don't think some of the new greys get as much attention as they would with some good accent colors.

Re: brown trucks??

I had a Kz1000 that was root beer metal brown with chestnut gold trim. It was eye candy. Brown is awesome... but it doesn't age all that well. When the gloss goes, it just looks like, well, you know!

My blazer is Medium Bronze. Out of all the vehicles I have had I still get the most compliments on the color of this one.

You readin' my mind again-brotha'? I was just explaining to the wife how I wanted to paint my 67 shorty with 2008 GMC Sierra "Medium Brown Metallic"....she said "Brown?" I said, "Yeah, there are tons of red, orange, blue, green, black, silver and yellow rides out there....I wanna do something a bit different."
Then I found this color called "Sepang Bronze"! OMG- I got an instant stiffy when I saw it. Check out the pic of the sick ride below that is rockin' this color
