EGR Tubes
Morning guys,
I have a 97 3500 7.4 that is in need of a new EGR tube. Yes it broke during the upper intake removal and some how wound up being thrown down the street (Cops are stii investigating that one) anyway does anybody know if any other tubes from Chevy can be crossed over? I was looking at LMC and the one that they show (112.00) is ffor a 5.7 what ever that is. Any assistance is great. |

Re: EGR Tubes
Update people. After searching for two or three days I found the number. It is 10222061 (well thats the Chevy number) Anyways I ordered it (from ebay)and will let you guys know if this turns out to be the one. The only thing that I need to check is if I can get the old ends off the old tube otherwise they are like 90 somthing apiece.
Merry Christmas all |

Re: EGR Tubes
I ended up getting one for mine at the dealer. Wasn't terribly expensive. Good luck getting the ends off. I had a difficult time at the exhaust manifold. A torch would help out a lot.

Re: EGR Tubes
It's the right tube people. Oh the tube from the dealer was $184 and the ends they wanted $90. I paid $125 and was lucky enough to get the ends off.

Re: EGR Tubes
Mine wasn't near that much. It was 110. But it was 2 years ago.
