Tools needed / recommended to install porterbuilt suspension
Hello All
I am going to be putting in a front / rear porterbuilt suspension. (Cannot wait  What tools do you all recommend I have available. I have a friend who will weld for me. I am talking about drills, saws, crutters, grinders. Thanks for the info in advance. I am going with the mild rear with the touring front. |

High quality air hammer/chisel for popping rivets (cheap ones will take longer to bust them off).
Quality drill bits (multiples of the 1/2" size). Angle grinder w/a cut off wheel & various 36 + 60 grit sanding discs. Tape measure. Level/s. Another good thing to have around are misc pcs of angle steel to help align/square/clamp things (ex: R&P notches) in place. I used 1.5x1.5 3/16 steel..... And most important.... If someone like me is helping, cold frothy beverages will be required for the most accurate results  .
