Re: headliner

Ive got the abs one and it was easy peasy. Don't know how difficult the fiberglass one would be, but I guess it wouldn't bend like the abs.

Re: headliner

why couldn't you make your own from thin abs sheet. use the cardboard headliner as a pattern. if you need to bend it you could heat gun it

The ABS goes from the back bow all the way out front and down the A pillars. Cardboard does not do that so cant use it as a pattern

I know where there is a ABS headliner not being used

Re: headliner

Those of you who have the ABS headliner (I'll be getting one very soon too), how are you "finishing" it? Leave it black? Paint it? Cover it to match the seat? Etc?

You can do anything you like. They have a texture to them so painting it might not give you the results you want.
Covering it with fabric or leather is easy and you can pickup glue at lowes that will hold.
Use the 3M 90 in the black and green can

Re: headliner

I put the ABS one in my 54. I like it. When you trim it, cut 1/2 as much and you initially figured. Once you make a slight cut it fits up tighter to the roof line.
