Dropping transmission need advice

I've never dropped a transmission with the engine still in the vehicle. Anybody got any good engine support advice? It seems a little tipsy just on the 2 mounts.
Thanks!

if you still have the exhaust on and your mounts are good it will be fine if you a worried take a ratchet strap and put it under your oil pan from one side to the other and it will be good, or a jack with a 2x4 across the oil pan

Re: Dropping transmission need advice

Thanks for the help guys. It's th350c behind a 350. It's in my shop space, so there's no rush. There's a 700r4 gonna be going in. Right now I'm trying to get all my ducks in a row before the new tyranny gets here.
I didn't even think about the exhaust stabilizing it. That's actually really tidy/neat that it works out that way.
The truck (swb) will be on jack stands in the front when it comes out. The floor isn't the smoothest, but it's concrete.
I'll probably throw a ratchet strap around it while it's up, it can't hurt.
