Mounting electrical
Hi is this totally fine to mount these fuses here or do they need to be someplace that may stay more dry?

I would mount all my fuses near the main panel in the cab, but if you have harness restrictions then they should be alright as long as you're not going mudding.

The directions said to mount the fuses near the battery or starter solenoid. No mudding but I was worried about rain.

In that position, I'd worry about hood hinge interference.
