71-72 gas pedal swap

Hey I have a 70 c10 and I got a 71-72 pedal assembly off a member on here with everything does anyone know how hard it is to install of any threads on here about it any info appreciated thanks

get the conversion bracket from LFD and it will bolt up. Then you just need a cable

that seems easy enough to do I like not having to drill more holes..not sure if you could reuse the original plate instead of building a new one

I did the same thing to my 67. Here is my post:

If you run into any issues LFD did a real good write up on it and that is how I did it. You can fabricate it yourself or buy LFD's kit. I made mine out of some sheet metal leftover in the garage.

i did not use the adaptor kit i did mine but just redrilling hows and coverning the old pedel hole it works perfect i did not want to spend the money on adaptor just do it my self
