No rust

what does the spot weld line look like?

I started cutting it on the inside of the pinch weld as you can see in the last picture but I changed my mind and it is actually cut on the outside of the pinch weld the rest of the way.

and does it have cuts anywhere?

No other cuts in it anywhere.
Thanks for your inquiry.

As far as I know this is the original red paint. The pics make it look a little more orange than it really is.

Thanks for the kudos on the jack decal.

Re: '67 Factory Air Dash

How nice is the paint on the front? Is it worn around the ignition? I may be interested if the original paint is nice. Also, could we do any better on price if we could spee-dee it to mn?

Eric,

The paint is worn below the ignition and there are some scrape marks to the right of the center air opening. You can see them in the picture. As far as I'm concerned it would need repainted. Pretty firm on the price for right now and I think UPS shipping prices are going up after the first of the year.....

Re: '67 Factory Air Dash

Just a curiosity question. You have this dash listed as a 1967 A/C dash. Aren't all the A/C dashes from 67/72 the same or are there unique features to the different years? I am looking for one of these but shipping to me would be killer.

Greg,

I have it boxed up and could take it in and check it. I don't have a clue what the duty fees and such would be though.

Eric,

I don't know if you have any trips planned to Randy's or anywhere down this way but I could meet you in Des Moines for a pickup for you or Greg if you do.

I just took a BARE tailgate to FedEx for a shipping quote to Canada, and it was $371

Re: '67 Factory Air Dash

Thanks for all the help and offers guys. Probably the only way I will get one is if I can cash and carry it or have it shipped somewhere in the USA where I can pick it up. I am planning a trip to Ontario this coming July and can go through Grand Rapids on the way back Eric. If nothing else maybe I'll just stop and say hi.
