code stamp in frame????

ok, frame supposebly a 70 SWB frame, found a number on teh outside pass side of frame I think it was b180 or something but is that the only code? where ese should there be one?

I kinda found the one on my truck by accident. The power steering hose on my truck was rubbing against the corner of the exhaust manifold and as a result it burnt a hole thru the hose and some power steering fluid dripped out of the hose and on to the frame and melted the grease away. It was located around the bendy part on the top of the frame rail on the drivers side

I found it 9A846504 it was on the top drivers side above teh a-arms and then it wouldbe under the cab too
anyone tell me what year frame this truely is?

A= (assembly plant) Atlanta
846504 =Sequential production number
