Unhappy Are rear control arms a pain?

While doing some work elsewhere on my 67 LWB C-10, I noticed these rust holes in the rear control arms. (Almost more rust hole than there is arms)
Just wanted to know,
1. Are these a bear to change?
2. Roughly how much do they sell for used?
3. Does anyone here in Ohio have any?

Only if you drop them on your foot.
Actually, I think we have a member fairly close to you fixing to scrap a couple...not sure, I will E-mail him and ask if they were any good.
Which side is it you need?

i just saw 3 sets of really nice ones today at pick-n-pull---------out here in calif. they never rot out out here but i did see the front eye break off once. i tried selling some on here a while ago and never got any response so i hauled them to the dump. i'm guessing shipping would be quite expensive too.
