I need a pic. - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Does anyone of you have a pic. of my BIG ORANGE burb???
My PC crashed and burned and I lost everything alone the lines of pics.
I would love to get a pic on here seeing I sold the burb in 2003!
Any help would be greatfull.

Hate to hear you lost your photos. I lost a bunch a few years ago and since then, I keep copies of almost all my photos online for that reason.. Good luck.

I tried to look on the gallery but searches for burbs or orange or big orange didn't come up with anything.

The bad thing is I know for a fact that I got old friends on here that have pic.s of Big Orange! I just got to be patent and wait!

I know I had pics of "Big Orange" but I have had a couple crashes and one comp died completely.I didn't find them here but I have a couple of other spots I will check as I can.Hope you find some Donnie.

I uploaded them from a dig cam I had yrs back but the Xwifey got the cam.lol

Have you gone to your UserCP page and went through your attachments? If you uploaded them to the site it saves them.

All hope is not lost. I'm a computer tech and know just the thing to do. If you have access to another working computer, you can plug the crashed hard drive into another working computer and set it as a secondary drive (most computers automatically do this). If you remember the folder where you placed the pictures, theoretically, you can retrieve them along with any lost data. Sometimes this works, sometimes it doesn't. I've usually carried out this operation with positive results. It's worth a shot.

That's good advice!

Additionally, I've found some extremely old threads on this site. Can you remember any titles of threads that might have contained pics of your burb somewhere in the thread?

Bet bet to try off the bat. It may take you a bit to look thru them, but a very good possibility it's in there.

As mentioned, go to your UserCP

then on the left-hand side go down till you find attachments and then start looking.

Edit - I looked thru my stash and no go. I wasn't into the burbs back when you had yours. I do have the Harley truck around somewhere!
