Brake light switch help
OK, I have an EZ Wiring harness.....
I also have the brake swith that runs off the brake pedal to turn the lights on when I press the pedal.... The harness has 2 wires, one that read brake switch power, and one that reads brake switch...... I am assuming I hook both of these up to the normally open contacts ont he brake switch to power the lights when I press the pedal, correct? If this is wrong could someone please let me know....... Or if it is right, let me know also....... Thanks Chad

Re: Brake light switch help
you are correct, orange wire in white wire out. The orange wire comes from the headlight and dome circuit and the white wire goes into the steering column to the turn signal switch . This diagram is for a 67 to 72 but they are the same. I didn't notice you had a 64 at first so I posted a link below.
