67-72 blazer fuel tank electric fuel pump

Has anyone put an electric fuel pump in a 67-72 k5 tank ? I have found later 87 tank info but nothing on 67-72 tanks. I already have fuel tank mounted.
P.S.- I am running a 5.3

Bumping as I am interested in answers. On a new tank it probably wouldn’t be too difficult to weld in a later model pump bung/receptacle (what is it really called) so an easily obtained GM pump assembly can be used?

Tanks inc has a couple of solutions also.

I had a shop weld in a tray to mount mine, seems the most problem I had was the locking ring to keep it in the tank. There is a universal locking system now available thru out the industry

It's more the mounting bracket then the pump, but my pump puts out 55psi

the ss gets welded to the tray, and the black locking ring is installed on top of it. While you're in there, I would change the neck on the tank
