Yes, I had watched that video, but wasn't sure if 76 and 77 were the same, they were. It turns out my relay was good, there was a bent male connector at the fuse box on the engine side. Thanks for the info!

Thanks, it took awhile to track it down, but I didn't want to add a horn button under the dash. I'm guessing the previous owner unplugged the forward lamp harness at the firewall when he installed a new front clip, bending the connector.
