Pate Swap Meet '23-Late April

Just made room reservations for the Pate Swap Meet at Texas Motor Speedway late April 27th -29th. Really looking forward to it, I've got a kid in a candy shop mentality when I get there, LOL. Just flat out HUGE so also made scooter reservations for same days. Can't do that much walking anymore without some mobile assistance, Getting older with bad knees sucks.

Any one on the board going? I've posted about Pate before in the Mid-west swap meet section but didn't get much response. It is well worth going to if one enjoys swap meets as much as I do.

Re: Pate Swap Meet '23-Late April

I go every year, Thursday and Friday to get the good stuff before it gets picked through too much and then Saturday to get what I can at a slightly better price. I have some friends that get about 8 to 10 spots and camp there for the whole thing. We meet up Thursday morning to help set up camp then hit the midway to buy.

I am fairly lucky that I live close by TMS. It's awesome and we all have a great time.

Yes, the Decatur Swap Meet is the first one of the year I go too. It's not as big as Pate but it has some really good stuff at good prices. Try to get there early before it gets picked through.

Re: Pate Swap Meet '23-Late April

We just had our annual parts swap meet here in CO in Denver. I wish they had this once a month but would quickly run out of room if that happened.
