WTB/WTT:Drivers-Side Bucket Seat Track

Got some buckets out of a 70 Panel. They are going in my 71Suburban(factory bucket option), but the d/s right slider holes don't match up to the factory holes in the floor. If I don't find one, I may drill holes in the floor. I do have some Blazer sliders/ seats for trade. Don't want to sell the Blazer stuff until I finish this project.

Can you get a measurement between the front mounting holes to the rear ones? I may have the brackets.

Lisa,
This is just a guess without seeing them but the buckets out of the panel are probably utility buckets with metal backs and your suburban floor is probably set up for sport buckets. If that is the case I am not sure the utlities will fit without floor hole mods but i could be wrong.

Thanks Richard. It looks like all I need is the d/s right slider. I will measure later and let you guys know. They do have metal backs on them.

Re: WTB/WTT:Drivers-Side Bucket Seat Track

Thanks for the pics, that helps. Your suburban is setup for sport buckets. The blazer driver side sport bucket brackets you have should fit these holes. Unfortunately the blazer sport bucket bracket won't fit your utility seats that you have taken out of the panel. Also the utility seat brackets won't line up with your suburban mounting holes. Your two options are, drill new holes in floor for the utility seat brackets or find sport bucket seats. All suburbans I've seen with sport buckets had the solid mounts for passenger side seat, like trucks. Same seat sliders as blazers, trucks on driver side. They also have the plastic back covers like blazers. One good thing is you already have the under floor cross member brace for the front mounts. You may want to relocate the rear under floor braces to match up with the new drilled holes if you decide to use the utility seats. If you decide to sell the blazer driver side bracket, let me know. I would be interested.
