What's this thing?
![]() 1972 C-10, originally with a straight 6. Swapping in a V-8, and the new harness does not have a new plug for this thing. The old plug was 2 prongs in an L-shaped configuration. The new harness has just a single plug. Know what this is? Did V-8 trucks have a differerent part?

Looks like a circuit breaker/ fuse.

horn relay maybe? sure about number of wires in connector?
relays are typically at least 3 prong if mounting is grounded..

That is the tcs ( transmission controlled spark ) relay. You probably don't need it. LockDoc
