Ripped off by board member.......

I recently bought a set of GMC hubcaps from a fellow board memeber and he sent me the wrong ones. I sent him a picture of the hubcaps I was looking for to verify that the ones he had were the same. He said they were. I got them last Thursday, May 2nd. I've tried contacting him via e-mail but have gotten no response. The top picture is the one I sent him and the bottom one shows the caps that he sent. Not even close. I'll withhold his name for a couple more days, then I'll have to drag it through the dirt. Not cool dude! E-MAIL ME ASAP!
