Scoti, I'm not sure who you have lined up on this but they are a lot of "do it yourself" options out there. The only thing that needs to be manufactured is the caliper mounting bracket, and mod the spindle to mount it.
You can machine down a 70-87 (5x5) hub and use C-4 hats to mount the 13" PBR C-4 rotors. Of course the hats would have to be re-drilled to 5x5 pattern. The brackets attach to the truck spindles, and you can mount C4 Calipers. The hats, rotors, and calipers can be bought brand new from parts suppliers, and the saving is very big.
