Dinger's Build thread

68 C-10 6 cylinder with 3 on the tree, original paint. No options, None, noda. My first goal is to repair all the rust damage. When I was looking for a truck I thouhgt I would do a slight drop and a big block. With this truck I might just return it to original. Or I might end up somewhere in the middle. We will see.

Here is Dinger on the day I picked him up.

Here is why he is called Dinger. Wife saw this and branded the truck for life

She is pretty solid but there are rust issues. Cab has all the normal rust issues Cab corners, rockers inner and outter, floor, kick pannels. I have a copy of EB fabman DVD cab repair.

I am not sure about this fire wall any tips?
