the trick is seperating low light (headlights on) from high light (brakes on) and then from the three sets of sequential lights. Getting all three of these to appear simultaniously will be difficult in the rather narrow lense. The above clip shows the sequential part, but each set of lights must be able to do three levels of lightness. I think you'd need 3 columns per set (9 columns all together), so each set can be on, the brighter as it blinks it's turn in the sequential order, then even brighter for braking.
