Remodeled a bathroom

Over the past few weeks I remodeled a batrhoom in one of our rental houses. This bathroom was done very inexpensively a long time ago. It was time to do a little tenant proofing. The house is currently rented, but the college students were gone for the semester break.

I didn't have time to do all of it. I hired out the window, tub surround, and plumbing of the shower faucet.

I replaced the sheetrock behind the tub surround and waterproofed it. I painted everything. I replaced the sink and toilet. I added a vent to get the moisture out. I rewired the light swtich and added an outlet; the old light switch was behind the door. I also replaced a lot of the subfloor and tiled it. The tile is similar to Duracermic. The big difference is that it is peel and stick. I used Duracermic grout. It looks very nice, and is great to walk on.

Here are the before pictures.
