05 gmc sierra ext cab problem?

My Wife just purchased a 2005 GMC Sierra Ext Cab 4X4 about 5 months ago.
About 6 weeks after her porchase, it started developing a Vibrating/Pulsing feel in the Front end that comes up through the Steering Wheel.

We had our Mechanic "Turn the Rotors" and that took care of 95% of the problem for about 2 weeks (durring that time you could still barley feel it).

It then became progressivly worse again.
You can REALLY feel it when going down a Hill/Incline above 35 MPH or above and not so much when your on Level Ground.

Any Ideas/Questions/Comments or have YOU had similar problems?

Roger
