Alright...Monday night i picked up a '72 swb stepside,wood bed for $2500. Good Deal???

I believe she has a late 70s to 80s 305 her, turbo 400 tranny, brand new drive shaft, newer model rear end (not sure which one). Rust on bottoms of doors, under the cab along the rockers, and the very front edge of the hood has a few pits. The steering has a good 2 inches of play in it, hard brake and gas pedal, exhaust leak...

She was originally "Dark Blue" but is now obviously primered, and the interior is painted black, visrs and all =/. The bed floor needs replaced. On the good side, the grille, headlights and headlight housings are all new.THe seat looks like its out of a early 90s truck...

So what do you Chevy experts have to say? (Sorry, i'm a ford guy making the conversion...)

craigslist add pics...my camera is out of state...
