Re: 68 C20 Build.

Did a little work today. Got my fan shroud late Friday from sheet metal shop. They had bent it wrong somehow and made it an inch too tall. They had already closed, but he left it on his fork lift and trusted me to leave the check under the seat. Didn't want to hold me up for the weekend. Thanks. Anyways, sawed a cut in it and welded it back up. Not bad for teaching myself how to weld aluminum on a 2 inch scrap off the side filler piece. Kept blowing the ckt breaker in the fuse panel though. Does it draw more current welding aluminum in AC than mild steel in DC. Got it all done, painted and mounted, then wired up and tested with the HP tuners. Should be no overheating problems.

Still got to find a cruise control switch I like. Might just make a panel switch for in the dash.
