The only thing you can't use on a 350 from the 4.3 (besides the obvious - manifolds and such) are the connecting rods.

Starter will work just find.

How tall are your valve covers? The 350 won't sit any higher than the 4.3 did, and you can get probably 3/4" taller overs on over stock with the airbox as-is (but you won't be able to remove them in the truck).

I don't think all of the 93's had 4l60E, some still had the regular 4l60. The biggest question is do you have a kickdown cable on the TB? If you do, you can run the 4l60 without a computer - the only electronics are for the torque converter automatic lockup feature, which can be done with a simple switch and relay setup.
