I have sold a **** load of Clarion NX500 and 409's with only one coming back. Seems the face just shorted out. They sent another one without a hassle. I've sold alot of Eclipse, Planet Audio, Jensen etc... so far the Clarion was the only one. But their lines change from year to year. Problems go and come from year to year. I have to recall my statement. I have to send back a Clarion NX500 this week. The control panel went 1st, switched the unit out and now it won't communicate with his Ipod.
