Question 91 throttle body

greetings. I own 1991 1/2 ton 4x4 with 350 EFI. I am having a challenge lately I can't seem to get to the bottom of. My accelerator pedal sticks when idleing. Starting out from a stop is a real adventure all of a sudden. I've checked the cable and it seems fine. Is there an inherent problem with the throttle bodies on these vehicles? A bushing that wears out? What could be making it bind like this? I've unhooked the throttle valve cable and it still does it... seems to get worse as the vehicle warms up..... any ideas here? thanks. wall
