'93 2WD S10 on '01 4WD Frame?

My sister just killed a unicorn, my dad had an '01 Sonoma with a 4.3L and a five speed (I think it's an NV3500?), and she rolled it. She's alright, but the pickup body is pretty smashed up. We had just rebuilt the suspension and steering in August. However, dad also has a '93 S10, same 4.3L/5 speed combo, same extended cab/short bed. The S10 has well over 200k miles, the suspensions wore out, it blows a bunch of blue smoke when you start it up, the gears are noisy, it's just tired.

Is there anything keeping us from just pulling the busted up body off the frame and throwing the S10 on it? Everything I'm seeing is 2WD to 2WD or 4WD to 4WD, but the bodies aren't different, are they? Is there a higher hump in the 4WD?
