Rebuild or just reseal trans and t-case while out for clutch

So my truck is a 70 GMC K2500. Stock 350, SM465, NP205. Less than 90,000 original miles. This spring I need to replace the clutch but other than that everything shifts perfectly fine without any weird / worn bearing noises. I do have plenty of leaks though since it is all 44 years old...

While I have everything out for the clutch should I go ahead and rebuild the trans and transfer case or just put new seals and gaskets in? What would you do? Should I be fine, bearing wise, until it's next clutch job?

Any suggestions on a clutch (I'm thinking NAPA) or tips for pulling everything out? I will probably pull the engine too so it can get some new gaskets, maybe a cam too

Thanks ahead of time!
